Charles Danforth Library Poetry Reading
On April 28th, at 4 p.m. I will be reading poetry with my friends Jim Reiman and Danny Dover at the charles Danforth Library in Barnard VT.

Charles Danforth Library Presentation
On October 29th, at our local ibrary in Barnard VT, I presented and read from my two ARCTIC novels. With the melting of the polar ice cap and the militarization of the Arctic -- especially by Russia -- these novels are highly relevant today.
Words in the Woods Presentation
On August 27th, at 11:00 am in the wonderful Silver Lake State Park just outside Barnard VT, I read my poetry and short stories in the Vermont Humanities Organizations's WORDS IN THE WOODS program. Here is the link for more information:

New Books
My fifth poetry collection, THE ABYSS, was released on September 1, 2022, thanks to my friends at Deux Voiliers Publishing. A sixth one, "BEASTIE POEMS" will be published in November, 2023.
ARCTIC INFERNO, my sixth thriller and the sequel to ARCTIC MELTDOWN, was published on August 5th, 2023
I have just completed the final draft of the manuscript for a Vermont-based murder mystery, THE PURPLE SCHOOL BUS MURDERS, and am sending it to publishers for consideration.

I read from my two most recently published poetry collections, Extinction and Extinction Rebellion, as well as a hitherto unpublished one, Poems for our World, and discussed my novels / thrillers (Arctic Meltdown, Twisted Reasons and Rainbow Vintner) that have an environmental theme to them.

I made a presentation at the Charles Danforth Library in Barnard VT focusing on my memoirs, especially FOR THE CHILDREN, the story of my family's escape from Stalinist Hungary in 1956, and its relevance today given the brutal assault by Russia on Ukraine. I also touched on the two other memoirs, THE FENCERS and THE EXPO AFFAIR, both stories of defections. There were more than 40 eople in attendance and it was well-publicized by several stories in THE VERMONT STANDARD.
